How many times a day do you wash your hands, and do you count them in your head?
I wash my hands when it makes sense and never pay attention to how many times I've done it.
On some days I wash more than usual, but I don't keep track of it.
I've noticed that I wash my hands quite a lot and sometimes keep a rough count.
I often notice or mentally count how many times I wash my hands because it helps me feel reassured.
I know exactly how many times I've washed my hands and feel uneasy if it doesn't seem like enough.
